All we have is the ever present moment that’s all we’ve ever had, that’s all we will ever have. So optimal thinking is the vehicle to enable us to be fully present with our best self. Really the core philosophy is; be present and choose to be your best regardless of the circumstances.

As we all know life doesn’t always deal us the best hand but with optimal thinking…

It’s about making the most of the hands that we’re dealt. So when life hits us a tough hand we’re going to react but the get between our reaction and our response is our opportunity to use optimal thinking and make the best choice.

So at several points throughout the day you simply ask yourself, “Is this the best use of my time?”

Even a disaster here’s an opportunity to be my best, what would my best self do? What is the best use of my time right now? How can I make the most of this situation? These are some simple questions you can use to your best self in charge.
